No Customer service at all

I have been trying to cancel the business alarm radio for almost two weeks now, no response on email and phoning any of the customer service numbers is a total waste of time, you either hold for ever or get cut off. Hope no one actually has an emergency cause they will be dead before anyone assists. One star rating is not even good enough.
