No Customer Service At All

I have called 5 times to Chubb call centre, requested their customer service department on three different occasions however the call was never answered, nor did the call centre agents come back to me. This is completeley unacceptable, truly pathetic service. If I do not receive feedback or a call within the next 8 hours I will contact my bank and instruct them to cancel your debit order.
