No call from them
Chubb texted a special offer with invite for us to respond. We did. They called while we were driving. Asked them to call back in ten minutes. This was 6 days ago. Still waiting. Got another call today on husband's phone. He asked the caller to call back on our landline. They didn't. Credibility destroyed.
