No armed response when required!

I was awakened by my house alarm on Friday evening and was immediately called by the Chubb call centre upon which I informed them to send out their repsonse team, as I had no idea what triggered the alarm. Within 5 minutes my neighbors came over to investigate and we could not find anything, so I put it down to a false signal. The suprising issue however is that Chubb did not even arrive at my place....EVER.<br> The alarm went off again about 2 hours later and I complained to the Chubb call centre operator about the earlier incident. <br> Reading through the plethora of complaints against Chubb on this forum, it becomes apparent that this company is NOT delivering a reliable service. I have since resolved to discontinue my subscripton with Chubb and join a company I can trust for the safety of my family.
