New Alarm - Radio not working

On the 12th of December I had a new alarm system installed by Chubb. The system seemed to be working but a week later the alarm went off and I did not get any response from Chubb. I then called Tanya from head office and she said the radio might not be working and I should call the technician Obed. For weeks now I've been calling Tanya, Obed and the sales person Delight and no one has come to check what the issue is.
