Never use National Security & Fire (CHUBB)

Worst customer service any security company can offer. On top of that longest response time and when I requested they send someone out they had to call me to get the address. Took them over an hour to find my house. Since then asked for monthly visits so they know where the unit is and to date nothing... They might be lost trying to find my unit (which is so easy to find that my 3 year old can give directions). Asked for a manager to call me, nothing yet. Took 2 weeks to send my contract to me on request. Asked for the cancellation amount and it comes to more than the initial amount I signed up for 2 years back with only 1 year left. Would not recommend using them unless you want a company that does not care about customers and has no idea where your unit is.
