NEVER TRUST YOUR PROPERTY WITH NATIONAL SECURITY - THEIR MONTITORING SYSTEM IS ***!

Never make the mistake of entrusting National Security with your property because they are useless. I left my house in Villa Liza and it got vandalised while armed with the system. The burglars managed to get inside the property and cut the alarm cord so that it does not make a noise. Normally a reliable alarm system would alert the control room right? Well not with national security. The burglars had a time of their lives in my house and i had to be notified by the neighbors the following day.

When i called national security i was made all kinds of promises that the Area Manager from the Boksburg area would call me as well as the technical team to rectify. To date nobody has called me because they are all a bunch of *****. Their system is flawed because it doesnt serve its purpose. You cannot leave your house comfortably armed with them because ******* can still ***** once they cut the cords.

Now nobody wants to take responsibility of what happened in my house. I keep calling them and they keep lying to me. Im very dissapointed. I wish i went with ADT because i have a friend who had a similar situation but ADT responded immediately in their premises
