National security...Never again

I had been using Chubb security for about 20 years. When that become National, what had been good, service, communications became very poor, I had issues with alarms in my house which were not investigated and eventually someone broke in my house while we were away shopping, the National security guard came to my gate but because he could not find the key which he had in his bundle, he just dropped the matter and left the ***** taking what he wanted. My smart TV was gone and my camera. I called National and the Manager came but that security company has no shame about their very poor performance. I cancelled my contract but they after some time they reactivated our contractual debit order and Standard Bank has no interest in our problems. Eventually there is a lot of ******* matters in that security business and matters get worse if one deals with an ********* company like National security and fire.
