National Security - Your call is not important to us!
My mother used National Security and fire as her armed response. We cancelled this service in the middle of April, and stated clearly that our notice month would be from the the 1 May till 31 May. National security kept on deducting the R500+ per month. I have send emails of enquiry with my original letter of notice. It would only result in an automatic response that my problem has been solved, which wasn't the case. When I phoned in August in I insisted that a manager phoned me back. Someone phone back and apologized, promised to make a payment at the end of August in my mothers account to correct the decuctions for the months of June, July and August. The payment hasn't been made yet and I have sent an email to National security, my only feedback was an automatic computer response. I tried to phone in this afternoon, no answer at customer services, so I tried the emergency number. The only response I got was: Your call is important to us: please stay on the line. I can just thank God that my life didn't depend on this people, because obviously, not my call, my life, or good customer care are important to National Security! In the times we are living in it is totally unacceptable that a security service doesn't even answer their calls! This company make false promises and is not trustworthy!!!
