National Security = Unreliable service

I was looking for a security company to install a security system in my home. An agent of National Security came to my workplace and promised that if I paid the deposit on that day, I would have the system installed in my home on 21 December 2018 at 09:00, since we were travelling on the 22nd. I made the deposit of R1 530.30 on that very day. The day and time of installation came but nothing happened. A technician came at 22:00 to tell me that he was too tired and would not be installing that day. We made arrangements for him to come the following day, the 22nd at 06.30. He did not honour that appointment either. We travelled, leaving our home without security. On January the 11th in 2019, I made a call to the company requesting a refund. I then received an e-mail informing me that the refund was being processed and it would take +- 14 days. Till today I have not received my refund. The last lady I spoke to told me that she is unable to find my details on the system.
