National security has to be the worst security company I have ever had to deal with. 16 phone calls over an hour waiting to try and get through to a technical department and no answers or the phone goes dead.. it takes more than 5 minutes for an emergency to phone when the alarm goes off and even then no security come out to investigate, I could go on and on very very very frustrating ...
