NATIONAL SECURITY - THE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER!!!!

National Security is the most horrible security company that you will ever get into a relationship with.

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.

They installed an alarm system at community center that I was working in. From Day ONE the alarm was malfunctioning. You won’t believe if I tell you I phoned them a week after that and countless number of times subsequent to that to come and rectify the problem. We are more than one year now, they haven’t come to sort out the problem. All they know is to keep sending you monthly invoices to tell you that you owe them.

I sent emails, I don’t know to how many of their employees, they either ignore your emails or send you from pillar to pole - from one useless person to another.

The only time you will ever get a call from them is when they want money from you - otherwise for service purposes “FORGET IT!”

After telling them that I’m canceling and I cannot pay for services that I have not received, they told me they’ll attend to it. Only to receive an sms from them yesterday that reads the following:

Dear …….,, Ref …….. Kindly note that due to the outstanding Debt amounting to R2 198.71- as well as numerous attempts to resolve - immediate payment is required. Your account will be hand over for Litigation/Legal (including costs). Chubb/National Security Tel ***

IF YOU EVER WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE, OPEN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY (NATIONAL SECURITY). Typical white collar ********* under the guise of a security company.
