National Security installation

Installers installed a system in my house that keeps making a false alarm. I called them to fix it, they came and fixed I'm now a 2 week vacation outside the province,the alarm ? due to not only loadshedding keeps making a false and me not around I panic every second day . I've spoken to National Security Management and supervisors about how this alrm system is causing inconvenience in my livelihood and to my neighbours. Today it went on again, only for them to acknowledge the fault on the system being installed but insists that they will charge me for the so many false alarms. I'm at Dealfish street ,Sky City.
