National security & fire..raw deal.not helpful

National security sales lady **** to me about the security package.she sold me monitoring system instead of armed reaction package system which I signed up for.i took this matter with national security management they not helpful.its going for a month since they promised to resolve the matter and they went on and debited from my account for something useless and something I didn't sign up for
