National Security & Fire - VERY BAD SERVICE

VERY, VERY bad service. I cancelled my subscription with National on the 20th of December 2019. National acknowledged my cancellation on the 20th of December 2019. Still a debit order was taken in February 2020. I am still receiving statement and accounts that I am in arrears. National has a remote control, of mine, that up to date has not been returned. National still hasn't come to collect their radio.
