National Security & Fire don't care about clients safety
On Friday night our electric fence alarm was triggered, my husband Looked out the window, seeing the suspect on the ground and pressed the panic button. After pressing our panic button we waited over half an hour for the armed response to show up, the SAPS Police showed up before National Security & Fire's armed response. The two cars that eventually showed up, had no sense of urgency, casually strolling into the yard. Whilst holding the line and having to be told repeatedly to remain calm, a car has been dispatched I could hear the lady and someone in the background laughing and chatting away and every now and again, the lady would say to me remain calm. After freaking out because my baby is in this house and no help had arrived yet, she handed the phone to her supervisor, whom I told that I'm irritated at having to wait so long for help. Why do we pay this company for armed response services?? They have no regard for their customers safety and lives.
