National Security & Fire

I have been with national security now for 4 years and have always appreciated their efforts of always responding in time if he alarm goes off by mistake or one of the kids steps into the living room before we get to set it off, On Saturday just after 3am we heard a very loud bang on the door and the alarm going off, it was actually ******* fighting their way inside the house while the alarm was ringing, they eventually managed to break in and my mum kept pressing the panic button but never received a call from the chubb guys until she had to call me. the ******* took the tv and my dad tried to follow them outside and that's when they took out a gun and fired 2 shots at my father but luckily enough they missed. Through all that chaos the armed response guys stil didn't come through, the only came back 30mins later after the damage had already been done, I called national in the morning to demand an explanation and al I get from the national guys is we will call you back and I never get those call backs. Its seems no one will be held accountable for this and it means I have wasted 4 years of paying premiums for a security system that doesn't help with anything. All they do is respond to an alarm that goes off around 7am in the morning which would be pretty obvious that its a mistake but the one that goes off at 3am which are very suspicious hours they don't. I recently opened a business in the yard and I wanted to use them for my business as well but now I'm not interested anymore. I would rather support those local and affordable security companies than waste my money with national security & Fire
