national security & fire

there was a house ******* in my house the ******* got away with my 65 Inch TV and play station 4. National security only responded to my house 30 minutes late and now that tell me the response car for my area was not around it was due for maintenance hence they responded late. i still pay my TV and the play station and i do not have house content insurance and they tell me they cannot help me as they are not an insurance company and they are not willing to give me anything other than 1 month premium discount even if it was their fallout and fault. the response manager does not care at all
