National Security drop the ball - BADLY

We signed for armed responce in Aril 2017 but due to the alarm not in working order when the home was purchased, we requested that same be repaired before the contract kicks in. The motherboard of the alarm was removed by National Security a short time later.

Todate, , 18 mouths later, (18 October 2018) the motherboard has not been repaired or replaced yet we continued to receive invoice for services.

We have made contact with NS on numerous occations explaining that we would not pay for armed responce when we do not have a working alarm system - yet the invoices came

Our account has since been handed over for collection and should payment not be received, blacklisting is a real possibility.

If they cant get the basics correct, how on earth are they going to assist any family or company in a time of need when they need armed responce in an emergency

My view is that due to the terrible service I have received (or not received) they are not to be trusted with your security
