National Security (Chubb) caused my death

Okay, so obviously I am not dead (yet) but I will never recommend anyone looking to install an alarm to get it from National Security (Chubb).

Firstly, they apparently changed names somewhere in the 3 years that I have been their customer and no one ever contacted me to tell me. I found out recently when my alarm was tripped and an armed response officer came to check my property and saw I still had an old faded Chubb sign on my wall.

Secondly, somewhere along the line they changed my number without my consent. How they did that without my written approval or at least verbal consent only they would know. Now every time my alarm goes off they do not phone me but rather the person whose number they saved on their system without my approval.

My question is this: how can a security company change the contact details of their customers without their consent??? What if a burglar phoned you and told you my number changed and you just went ahead and changed it without even getting my phone password? Because that is what basically happened here.

My alarm was again tripped this morning accidentally and I still haven't even received a phone call to check if I am alright. No armed response car has even come to check on me and it's almost an hour after my alarm was tripped. If this was an emergency or a *******, I would definitely be dead - all thanks to National Security's poor service.

They are unable to phone me when my alarm trips but apparently know who to phone if my account is in arrears. I am very disgusted by their poor service.
