On Fridays you are not likely to get through to a techinician even though you are paying for the service to have access to a technician, they want to charge you for fixing their own shoddy work, if you have an issue they will pass it from person to person because no one actually wants to solve the problem, you will find often when they try to put you through to another department they will actually hang up on you because they probably don't know how to operate their own calling system, so much of my time wasted and as for them they laugh, make a joke ouf of it because they just keep taking your money.

they will even claim your signature is on a job card that is why they charged, fortunately i keep a copy of the job card and can prove my signature was not given.
