National security by Ithuba, takeover - complete lack of ethics. Avoid.

I have been a customer of this "company" since they were Chubb, then National. In April, two debits were taken off my account in quick succession to an unknown account. I queried with the payee to be informed that National have been taken over by someone call Ithuba. Simultaneously, the National signs were removed from my walls, and I was told by competitors that they are not in business. There was no notification. Today I received a response - a month later - telling me that the debits to my account will not be refunded, per the agreement with National to which I am apparently bound. No communication about the sale of National was provided, and nor have any services been provided by this company - Ithuba. I have cancelled any further debits - be warned. This is a **** and I predict it will not be long before Ithuba are either wound up, or in court.
