Disgusting Service from National security. Signed up with a contract @ R285 per month x 36 months end of March 2020. The sales person said that we will also receive two month's subscription free.

On 31/03/2020 - National Security debited my account with R 769 and on the 01/04/2020 they debited a further R 300.00.

Further to this, the communication device they installed does not work. It does not communicate with their base station. We triggered the panic button a few times and there was absolutely no response.
