National Security and Fire the worst!!

I am the maintenance manager at a primary school. D&D Tactical was our service provider until National has taken over D&D Tactical. We were never informed about this change at all. Now, this is most probably the worst security company in South Africa!! When you phone them you get transferred from one person to the other and sometimes your call is cut short. When sending emails containing proof of payment, the emails also do not go through and get returned. We were once with D&D Tactical but since National has taken them over it is a nightmare to get hold of these guys. You phone the Johannesburg number and then end up speaking to someone in Durban, just to be transferred to the Johannesburg branch. Sometimes the phone just keeps ringing without anyone answering it as well. What are we going to do in case of a real emergency?? Out school is in a high incident area and we rely heavily on armed response when needed. Now we cannot even get hold of them to do simple repairs and maintenance to our alarm system. No This is unacceptable!!
