NATIONAL SECURITY AND FIRE IS A ****MMM!!!!!!!!!

I signed an a contract with National security and fire last month with a guy named Caiphus who works at National Security. It appears that he gave me false information that am signed for monitoring and armed response only to find out when my alarm rang at about 3:38am in the morning when am called by one of them from their control office to check if everything is well. This lady from the control office explains that they cannot send any response to my place to check cause am signed for monitoring only so what they do is call from their offices only to confirm everything is okay and that my area doesn't have any response service, which the guy who signed me didn't give me that information and I already signed the contract.
