National Security and Fire - involved with vandalism and desolation!

National Security and Fire (formally known as Chubb) is the worst security company to deal with. Our house was broken into and basically stripped to the ground - during this time National Security and Fire never noticed that they have lost radio connection with our house or that our alarm was not responding/online anymore. This happened almost a year ago yet they continue to bill us monthly even after we explained the situation and after they confirmed that they have not delivered any services to us since that incident. They also confirmed that they cannot see our alarm system and that they lost connection since the break in. The sad thing is that we were never informed by National Security and Fire that there is a problem at our house. We were called by a neighbour to tell us that the front door of our house was open and on closer inspection they saw that the house was vandalised, smached and stripped of literally every fitting and piece of furniture – including taps, light fittings, plugs, switches, doors and window latches.

We asked our bank to stop the debit orders from National Security and Fire - but they find sneaky ways to debit our account by changing the amount and putting through 3 debits per month. Their cheer lack of service and ********* behaviour is testimony that they can never be trusted as a security company. Since the changeover from Chubb we noticed that we would get calls from random call centres all over the country.

I urge anyone using them to consider your own safety and that of your belongings as this company will not be looking out for you and continue to bill you. For them its clearly just about how much they can get from their 60 000 customers and not about customer care. We have photos of how our house has been destroyed and will be happy to show anyone who is interested. The nightmare of witnessing what can happen to a beloved and cherished home because of the utter neglect and greed from a trusted security company who has no respect or caring for their loyal customers is a sheer disgrace.
