Terrible service, slow to respond to alarms, if they even respond, no answer in emergency call centre. Only one call centre for t he entire country. They blamed load shedding, even when there was none, for not responding for up to 2 days to an alarm. When I cancelled they then have tried to charge me for excessive callouts for every month back dated 4 months. I refuse to pay as they cannot even price they sent out response. Other companies will leave a paper sing they've been, and will call to say what they found. Beyond useless. And the sending ********** invoices.
