NATIONAL SECURITY and FIRE/ CHUBB

It is honestly so frustrating to deal with such incompetence!!! Never had I ever had to deal with people who don’t know what they are doing. Cancelled my CHUBB/ NSF contract in 2018 because they claim to be a security company but aren’t. Response time is pathetic, I would be dead and buried before they responded to the situation!!! Now I’m December 2019 I get a phone call saying I did not pay and have been handed over. How???? When I received a cancellation confirmation and paid whatever was outstanding. Now I’m being harassed by letters of demand!!!!! What happened to consumer rights??? Does CHUBB/NSF do not believe that consumers have rights!!!! This is why nobody uses their services anymore and they will soon be off the market!
