National Security and Fire

I am so disappointed with this company. Have just moved over to them as I thought that the response time would be better as they have vehicles driving around in our area........but that`s all they seem to be good at!! They phoned me over a week ago to advise that the battery was low. With all the load shedding my battery went completely flat. After numerous phone calls, holding on, being transferred and cut-off.....still nothing!! When my electric fence goes off, no phone call! Then they phone me in the middle of the night to tell me that my fence has gone off when it hasn`t!!! What do I do now? Who do I go to? This is so frustrating!!!!!!!!
