NATIONAL SECURITY AND FIRE ARE USESLESS!!!!!!!

This Company is absolutely useless. They make you hold on for 15min or more and don't come back to you to say the line is busy would you like to hold. Quick to send you an account, but when I have a problem, you can try until you are blue in the face. Now trying to Cancel, but it is such an issue. I will NEVER go with them again. We have never had these problems with ADT. I will be signing up with ADT now.
