National Security and Fire

Last year National Security and Fire stopped operating in Savannah Park. We would press the panic button and call the company but no one would answer or come to check on us. Then boom, last month and this month I receive calls that I am owing them and they have handed me to debt collectors. What I want to know is what do I owe them for?
