charge for excessive response, statement does not show any armed responsed. or dates or times., every time they did call i asked them NOT to send anyone as everything was fine and it was due to loadshedding. and no one answers the phone in accounting department. so they just debit you and the emails are noreply. so you have no way of making enquiries about your account. they assume people will just leave it because it's too much effort to get through. ****************. check your invoices people.
