National Security and Fire

We are now struggling for months in order for National (Chubb) to fix problems at our premises. The only reply is that they will send someone. If that someone do show up, it is usually without the necessary equipment. It is a big concern of us because if something security wise do happen, our insurance claims will probably not pay out because of the faulty system. The premises I am talking about is a school (safety of the learners and staff) and it is in Welkom in the Free State.
