National Security a security failure

I am greatly disappointed in this company. My alarm went off, no response. I had even set it off on purpose to get a response and sadly there wasn't even a telephone call. I had even put my alarm on duress. No response. I sat on the phone to their springfield head office in Durban, but apparently the definition of an emergency is not know to them. I had sat for 15 min on the phone with no answer. I eventually resorted to calling the gentleman who I took the contact from. He said he will get someone out to us. But still no response. I refuse to pay for decor items in my house of no use. My child and I could have been ******ed and killed and still they would not have shown up. Especially in these crime ridden times. Disgusted with a security company that does not know the meaning of emergency or security, that do not prioritize their clients, but will debit from my account on the debit date
