I am resident in cosmo city and I have a month to month contract with national alarm, I have been trying to cancel my alarm for the past 12 months, I have been give various email addresses and no one bothers to respond, I have spent hours on the phone, I have resorted to cancelling their debit order and I got a call from their office and I put my story across, that lady said she will send me the right email address on sms and I have been waiting till today, their service is the worst I have ever experienced, 2 months ago I called for a reaction car as I had a stranger on my gate, I waited for 2 hours and their never came, national security is useless, a bunch of ****** who have overcharged me for a terrible service, I want you out of my house, everyone in cosmo city is complaining about your below par service.
