National security

On Sunday our alarm went off so the call centre called to check if everything is ok I said no they sent the police to come, when the police arrived they said I must check outside if there’s no one they didn’t come inside the yard to check and then they said I’m paying for nothing because National Security don’t send their vans they always send them to check and their busy with serious cases. I tried to call and I even sent emails but they don’t get back to me.
