they put alarm to my premises 2018 ,and in the beginning of 2019 alarm started gives me a problem and didnt work till today, i phone them to fix it ,they said they will send someone, like technitian to fix it .i waited till November 2019.but in the middle of every month used to remind them ,but no one shows up till 2020 early i decided to remove their transmitter, i also try to call and send them email, no respond. last month on 28may they send me message that ,i must call them for removal of trasmitter, if i not call they will charge me R50,every month on the 1st,same day on 28 may i call them ,to make an appointment for removal of transmitter .they say they will send someone and they will call me ,they didnt call ,on the 1st of June they debit R50 on my account ,i call them again, they said they will send someone, but no one shows off ,since from 1st till 22 June i call them but no respond ,i even send them email Monday on 20th ,no respond.Im not happy with their service.
