They started installing my alarm 5 weeks ago... When it came to doing the garage, they sent the wrong material... So I had to PAY for their mistake and buy another magnet... A week later they sent someone to install it, without giving him any material... I'm not sure how that works... But he said he will be right back-just 20 min... two weeks later I'm still waiting... They said they will come today at 08:30... Yet again, I'm still waiting...

The alarm went off when we were out... My neighbour heard it and saw the National car and the guy getting out to knock on the door. She told him we were out... He got back in the car and drove off...

So the alarm goes off and they send someone to knock on the door and if they arn't home, they just go? They don't check the yard? Windows? Nothing? Just go again?

I am very sorry for signing up with this company.
