National NO SECURITY AND NO SERVICE

On Saturday, 15/04/2023, @ 9:56, I believed to have a security problem at home. I was in another town. I called your control room SIX TIMES, 2@9:56; 3@9:58; 1@10:01, without anyone answering the call. Eventually I called a neighbour who assisted me. At 14:10 I made a call, not selecting the emergency response, that was answered by an operator who had no intention to listen to me and informed me she will call back. It is now Sunday 10:25 and still waiting for the call back.
