National **** to me

This company is full of ******. I joined this company from ADT because they offered me lower premiums and promised me they wouldn't charge me installation fees, that was a lie. 2 months into this year contract, they debited installation fees which I reversed because they had made a promise and I was going to hold them to it.

I thought that was the end of it but they have again debited my account this January for the same thing, I intend to reverse it again and as soon as my contract expires with them, I'm cancelling the whole thing because they are false advertising just to get you to sign the contract. what's worse is that, I convinced a few of my friends\family to join this stupid company because I took them at their word.

long story short, I'm not renewing my contract and will advise everyone I brought along to do the same thing
