National (Chubb) Appalled Services

I have had 4 separate incidences over a period of 3 weeks, clearly my property is being targeted which I have informed National, however to no avail they simply do not care. Poor response time (20-45 minutes to actually reach my property).I'm still awaiting a response from them on what they intend to do to date.I am appalled with their services and the manner in which my incidences has been handled. I have entrusted this company with the safety of me and my family when needed but have completely lost my faith in all security companies because in the manner in which I have been dealt with.
