I have had the most appalling service from national security. A simple thing such as amending or updating primary contacts has been a mission. I called 4 times and sent an email for the request still nothing has been done. I called and spoke to Kim Mare and she confirmed the details to have been updated, no it wasn't done. Secondly I questioned thier response times when the alarm goes off, they confirmed that it should be 5 minutes at most. My alarm went off at 01:37 am and the guy came in at 01:59 am. Which is very disturbing. If it was a real crime. What would've happened to me and my family. I am writing this review in total agitation. Now I just called and spoke to a lady by the name of Sindi, she speaks like she doesn't want to help me with my problem.
