Money taken after account has been terminated

I terminated my account, in writing, as I moved to a place that I did not require Chubb's services any longer.<br> The account was requested to be placed in the owner of the house's name and specific orders was given that the money for the next 2 months should be deducted from his account. This was the 5th of August. This was noted by them in replying to all parties involved. On the 30th of September I receive a bill for the outstanding money, and the next day it was simply taken from my account that I specifically terminated. Even though they had the banking details of the owner they were supposed to bill. I then requested my money back, which was promised to me the same or next day at the latest, but because this is a corporate company that think they can do what they want with their client's money, i have as of yet not received anything other than excuses. 6 people are involved in this matter, 5 from the right beginning, and not one of them can fix the error they caused in the 1st place. It was not a technical error, but a human error, so how can that same human not reverse the process? It is an utter disgrace as to how these corporate companies deal with their clients!!!
