Missing Item

It is with great sadness that I write this. Emails sent and no calls or response from a manager.

We had the team x5 from National Security and Fire install our alarm on the 26th October 2021.

The alarm was installed successfully and the team left. My husband was getting ready to leave for work and discovered that his Apple watch was not where he had left it. We started looking within the house for the watch, however could not find it.

When he tracked the watch, it was in an area in Kwa-Mashu Highway at 11:13am the same day. An area that he did not travel to on that day. The watch is currently off and can't be tracked. Note: 1. Two guys from the team had left to fetch some parts (a panel) to complete the installation 2. The watch was on the kitchen counter in the area the team worked. 3. National Team was the only people that entered our property that day.

We reported the matter the next day. We are now told 1. We should lay a charge against the guys that visited the property 2. A polygraph test will be conducted, which we must pay for should the test come out negative. The test was conducted and only on x3 of the team, what happed to the other x2.

For me, this is not our responsibility and all we just want is the watch.

We would like for the alarm system to be uplifted and cancelled as we are not willing to do further business with National Security and Fire.

Please could someone assist us with this as we trusted the team to come into our space and carry out their task.

All we want is for the watch to be replaced.
