I am Being Over Billed for Monitoring which is NOT on my Agreement. I am Totally Disappointed with the Security Accounts department whom Disregard my continuous Disputes and Ignore their Own Liability for their Ignorance during negotiations pertaining my Aproved Long standing Contract. Lastly they Billed me during October 2022 for Excessive Armed Response services due to Loadshedding which i advised them Already. They told me at the time that i am Not being Billed and suddenly I receive a bill of R1725...National Security And Fire is becoming a pathetic company which treat their Loyal Long standing customers like worms..I am deeply Dissatisfied and Disturbed with them at the moment
