MAINTENANCE PLAN NOT CANCELLED AFTER 3 MONTHS

Good Day, I have now been working since December with the Chubb personnel about a cancellation of a Maintenance Contract. It is now the 2nd of March and the contract has still not been cancelled. Follow-up e-mails have been sent on multiple occasion and everyone just keeps passing the ball to someone else. I need this resolved a.s.a.p. Rudi
