Licence fee deducdted still not paid back

Last year October I cancelled my services with Chubb. My licence fee for 2015 was still debited from my account. I have been battling for a year to get them to pay back the fee. At the end of this month it will be exactly a year. After several emails and phone calls that is never returned, I got my cancellation confirmation but still no answer on the money they owe me.
