Licence Fee

<p>When I fisrt signed up with Chubb, the second invoice had an extra fee, I called them and to my surprise they said that there is an annual license fee that I have to pay. I understood this and let it go. In Jan they debited my account with an extra fee yet again, I called them and I spoke to a lady called Nokuthula Mangane and she advised that it was a mistake and will get a refund within 7 working days. The 7 days passed without any refund, I called them today and I was advised that there is no refund that i'm supposed to get. The reason that they gave was that the first license fee was for 2016 and the one for Jan is for 2017 and the next one will be deducted in October 2017, I ask why in October because there is 12 months in a year so how come I have to pay in October and not in January 2018, They said that it is payable in advance so I told them I understand the advance part of the story but the year does not run from Jan to Oct but from Jan to Dec, so my next deduction must be in Dec for the next year. I desperately need the numbers for the Security Ombudsman, because honestly the servise that I have been getting from Chubb has been horific and disgusting. It is not even 6 months since I joined Chubb but their machine was already broken because I was getting calls almost everyday for atleast a week, so I had to call them to come and fix it. I would not refer any of my friends and family to this company because their service is terrible.</p>
