Less than useless. Should consider becoming a government organisation. #chubbmustfall

<p>For more than a month now i have trying to get Chub to fix my house alarm, and the only thing i have to show for it is a R1000.00 phone bill, a huge bill from Chubb for the less than helpful "technician" that came out and replaced the battery, which was not the problem to begin with. Now after spending 3 hours on the phone trying to log a fault, and getting hung up on no less then 4 times by the service department, I would not advise anyone to ever use Chubb. </p> <p>There are many other companiesout there that i am sure look after their customers.</p> <p> </p>
