This is the most useless security company. There was an intruder in my house and we pressed the emergency button but we only got assistant after an hour. I had to call them 4 times they kept on telling me stories. First they told me about changing shift, after that they **** to me saying that the van is at my gate. I'm ****ed off because that was such a stupid excuse.
